You are invited to a Celebration & Community Prevention Update for The Deterra Project: Preventing Prescription Drug Abuse. Three years ago, Summit County Community Partnership kicked off The Deterra Project on International Overdose Awareness Day 2016.  Since that kickoff, more than eighty community organizations and countless volunteers have come together to distribute pouches and educational information about safe medicine usage and disposal.

Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.  The Celebration & Community Prevention Update will be held on October 24th, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. at The Ann & David Brennan Critical Care Center on the Summa Health System Akron Campus.  We will celebrate the accomplishments of our community during this past year, share the project’s evaluation report and future plans.  We hope you will be able to attend this special day.

Parking is available in the Parking Deck at 75 Arch St.

Breakfast will be provided.

Come help us celebrate our accomplishments!

Share this event on Facebook and Twitter.

We hope you can make it!

Cheers,

Summit County Community Partnership
