There is still time to register  for the Ohio Early Childhood Systems Conference, which will be held March 25-27 at the Hilton Columbus at Easton. For the past two years, this has been the Early Childhood Mental Health Conference. This year Ohio’s six lead early childhood agencies have collaborated to offer a fully-integrated, cross-systems training that will align the work, staff and resources across all child serving programs. Click HERE for more information and to register.  Rooms are still available at the conference hotel, using Reference Block Code: ODM. Thursday, March 28, features a half day Leadership Development Training sponsored by the Leadership Challenge. There is a nominal fee to register for the Leadership Forum. This opportunity is designed for early childhood agency managers, supervisors or others who have or aspire to leadership roles. This is a “don’t miss” opportunity for a 360 degree self-assessment and dive into discovering your strengths and growth areas in the 5 practices of Exemplary Leadership by Kouzes and Posner. All materials needed for this training are provided in this half day session. For more information, please contact Valerie.alloy@mha.ohio.gov.
